Media Coder
If you work with video files, you know it’s a pain to convert from one format to another. Especially .FLV Flash Video files.

This is a Swiss Army knife for video. Also works with mp3, mp4, pretty much anything you toss at it.
Add it to your toolbox, it’s sweet. Oh- grab the zip file for additional codecs, and also grab the latest update.
